- The product has a manufacturing or quality issue, where applicable.
Products must generally be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
2. Products That May Not Be Eligible for Return
Due to the nature of certain pooja and devotional products, some items may not be eligible for return once delivered, opened, or used.
This may include:
- Opened pooja samagri
- Used or opened consumable products
- Puja powders, kumkuma, pasupu and similar items
- Fragrance products, sambrani, dhoop and agarbatti after opening
- Customized or specially prepared pooja kits
- Products purchased for specific festivals or occasions, where applicable
Eligibility will depend on the condition and nature of the product.
3. Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged:
- Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
- Share your order details and photographs/videos of the damaged product and packaging.
- We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement or refund is applicable.
Customers are requested not to discard the original packaging until the issue has been resolved.
4. Incorrect or Missing Products
If you receive a product different from the one ordered, or an item is missing from your order, please contact us with:
- Order details
- Product name
- Photographs of the received product/package, where applicable
After verification, we may arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
5. Refunds
If a refund is approved, the refund amount and method will depend on the original payment method and the circumstances of the order.
Refunds may be processed after the returned/damaged/incorrect product has been reviewed and the request has been approved.
The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on the payment provider or bank.
6. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests may not be accepted once an order has already been packed, dispatched, or delivered.
For festival orders and specially prepared pooja kits, cancellation availability may depend on the preparation and dispatch status.
7. Exchange or Replacement
Where applicable, an eligible damaged or incorrect product may be replaced with the correct product instead of issuing a refund.
Replacement availability is subject to product availability.
8. Delivery Charges
Any refund or replacement involving delivery charges will be considered based on the reason for the return or complaint.
The applicable treatment of delivery charges will be communicated at the time the return/refund request is reviewed.
